Cedar Branch hosts good eats The second annual Fish and Grits Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Cedar Branch Community Empowerment Center. The facility, at 756 Cedar Branch Road, works to improve the lives of children and adults living in the Horry County community in Loris.
